Nature and The Earth

What is our relationship with the nature? It is understanding the nature. Nature - being the rivers, trees, the flying birds, the fishes in the water, the minerals under the earth, the waterfalls, the shallow pools. Most of us are not aware of that relationship. We never look at a tree, or if we do, it is in a view of using that tree, either to sit in its shadow or to cut it down for timber. We look them for utilization purpose. We treat the earth and its products in the same way. There is no love of the earth. There is only usage of it. We have never sat down to look at the stars, the moon, or the trees. We are too busy with social or political activities. These activities are some kind of escapism from ourselves and to worship the nature. We must stop and love earth or the things on the earth. We must enjoy the rich green fields, though we utilize them to feed and to clothe ourselves.

Have you ever sown a seed and watch a plant growing. The tender leaves, buds, flowers and the vegetable or a fruit. Each and every stage is wonderful. The dew on the shiny substance is very much enjoyable. In my boyhood I have done gardening along with my grandma. She taught me everything from seeding to cropping. We planted almost all country vegetables and flower plants in our house. We used natural fertilizers and insect killers. We had a good yield every time. But while plucking the vegetable or fruits, a thought would go in my mind that the veg or fruits were also the children of the plant. It was like killing the plant's children.Several days I felt very much.  Later I was told that  the plants were created for the animals and the human being. Whatever. We humans destroy the nature for our survival.

We are afraid of animals. They don't harm. If they feel  they are in danger, only then they attack us as a precautionary measure. A cobra is also shiny and beautiful, only when we try to harm, it attacks. I like the glittering eyes of the animals in the night.

The nature is meant for us. Let us enjoy the beauty of the nature and stop using indiscriminately. We must love the earth and nature.

Why do I born

I born on an auspiciuos day which is celebrated all over the country in different names and functions. But I don't celebrate after my mother's demise. She was celebrating in a simple way of preparing a sweet and a prayer in a nearby temple. My childhood was so good.

Am I worth to this planet?
Am I worth to the human?
What did I achieve? What did I do to the society?
Why I born ?
To see the bloody wars?
Suffering people from natural calamities?
To live under worst politicians and dictators?
So many Questions squeezing my mind.

My birth may be worth to my parents, to my wife, to my children and a few friends and some individuals whom I work for. Those might have been benefited.I haven't achieved any thing worth.50% of a day is spent for my bread and some basic needs.20% spent to sleep.Rest of the 20% time is spent to reading and entertainment.10% of time is wasted.Serving the society is my dream. But am afraid it will remain as dream. We are all living for us and our family which is something selfish. When I die of course my family and fiends may cry for me for 1or 2 days.If a stranger sheds a few drops of tears for me then my life had some purpose. I want to be a free bird and travel as I like.Am not an Indian or an American or an European. I am an earthling. Why we are divided by Countries?
Why not
